Orders & personalisation

Each item is made to order from the photo and personalisation you provide. You approve a preview before production. Personalised items are unique and produced specifically for you.

Prices & payment

Prices are shown in your local currency where available. Payment is processed securely by Stripe.

EU right of withdrawal

Under EU consumer law you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason. However, for personalised goods made to your specification (such as a portrait created from your pet's photo), the right of withdrawal does not apply once production has begun, because the item is indivisible from your personalisation. You retain all statutory rights for faulty or non-conforming goods.

To exercise withdrawal for any non-personalised element, email hello@pawandthread-global.com within 14 days of receipt. We will refund the relevant amount without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your instruction.

Online dispute resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged or willing to participate in dispute settlement proceedings before a consumer arbitration body.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss except where required by law.
