Wysyłka i zwroty
We deliver across the UK and Europe — free UK delivery on orders over £100. After a 48-hour approval window, production takes 2–5 business days, then tracked delivery — typically 5–9 business days in total. You can fast-track approval by email. Because every item is made to order with your pet's portrait, custom items can't be returned — but if anything's wrong with your order, contact us and we'll make it right. Cło i podatki
Zamówienia wysyłane są do UE, dlatego cały VAT i podatki konsumpcyjne są w pełni naliczane i prepaid w kasie — gwarancja braku ukrytych opłat celnych czy kosztów przy dostawie.
Zwroty
14-dniowe międzynarodowe prawo zwrotu dla spersonalizowanych dzieł ze zwierzętami. Przedmiot musi być w oryginalnym opakowaniu; zwrot na nasz centralny europejski ośrodek.
